No mate gave up nearly 4 months ago as I knew it would get brought up in the courts by my ex which it did 2 weeks ago, I've just had a hair sample taken for a cannabis test ordered by the courts, it was for the past 3 months so I'm hoping its negative as I was smoking everyday for nearly 20 years!

You still drinking?

Drink drugs and depression go hand in hand mate.........

Thanks man hardest thing I've ever done give up the weed I smoked everyday for nearly 20 years from the second I woke up till I went to sleep.

I had 10 weeks of pure [censored], insomnia, depression, anger, indigestion, vomiting, cold sweating, dizzyness the lot I'm still not 100% yet but I feel amazing I've completely changed my life I was a skinny drug addict at the end of the day, I've put on 2 stone in weight, I eat well sleep well and train every night.

My first advice to anyone on here is to give up any vices you have you'd be amazed how things start to turn around once you give up your addictions.

Have you though about trying to give up the drink or tried before?

Slim 🙂
