Hi im looking for advice in getting parental access for my daughter.
I have an active role in her life and im on the birth certificate but after being single for 3 years I have finally met someone whom with im happy.
My ex has reacted badly to this saying that I will not see my daughter and as she was born in October 2003 I have no rights what so ever as we were never married.
Can anyone help please ?

Hi Karl,

One of the mods will certainly bring this to the attention of the Childrens Legal Centre - with the stance your ex is taking, it sounds like you are going to have to attempt mediation, and if that fails, then go for a contact order.
