any advise please,i signed a consent form to allow my daughter to live with her mother and brother in australia, unselfishly knowing that i may never see her for years.now the first thing my ex does is contact their csa who have sent me a bill for 5,000 dollars explaining that includes arrears from the day she landed 6 months ago.do i just pay this and shut up or do i have any argument? i honestly thought after receiving a csa letter in this country that i dont need to pay anymore as she is emigrating that was it,and me and my family might actually be able to afford a holiday before this bombshell.
