My ex has kept my baby girl from me now for 7 months I gave her money for my daughters easter she posted she spent it so I started to send her a few transactions a month but all I got was arrested for breach of a restraining order for doing the right by my daughter do I have the rights to ask for money to be returned and me to open a Bank account with it for my daughter .
Just 9 days left until next case hoping on a good section 7 report due any day now.
I’m not sure who you would ask to be honest... but I doubt you can get it back from her, unless you took her to small claims court, but even then there’s no guarantee.
If there’s a restraining order, that means don’t contact her, regardless of what it’s about. You can sort out paying child maintenance through the CMS, without having to contact each other.
