I am on a journey to prove equal shared care of my children who I have 50% of the time since separating from my ex last year.
What constitutes “day to day” care exactly in the eyes of the CMS?
Any thoughts would be most welcome.
hi, take look at this: regulation 50: https://www.dad.info/forum/child-maintenance/this-is-how-i-stopped-child-maintenance-with-50-50-shared-care/
Thanks Bill337.
I have read this article previously and it is very useful. However I was really after a definitive description of “day to day” care. And wondered if the CMS had a document with this in it. Like a check list they would have to go through in order to satisfy themselves that “day to day” care was, beyond a reasonable doubt, being provided by the “non - resident” parent i.e. me?
No worries I will keep digging. Thank you for your time.
