[Solved] The Great Balancing Act has anyone else been there

Greetings, I am a father of two, both under the age of 2, and am new to the forum. My wife and I met at college years ago, and never really finished. She did get a certificate in Child Care, while I dropped out a year before receiving a diploma in Youth Ministry. After a few bumps in the road, she ended up immigrating me down to the US to get married and start a family. I currently work full time as an evening janitor for a hospital while managing two online courses a semester to become a Physical Therapist Assistant, all on top of maintaining our two kids. My wife is a stay at home mom who demands my attention (which I am happy to give) whenever I am not busy with school or work.
Has anyone else been in this situation and succeeded? By that I mean, graduated without losing all of their hair?
On a side note, I did have a full head of hair when our first son was born, now the hairline has receded back about an inch and I am not yet 25

Hi there and welcome!

Whilst I haven't been in your position I can fully appreciate that you have a lot on right now...I'm sure that if you put the work in you will succeed.... I can't guarantee that you won't lose anymore hair in the process though!....still it's a small price to pay to finally graduate, which will make providing for your family easier.

Make sure you do make time for your family, but it's not wrong to ask your wife to support your hard work by making it easier when you need quiet time to study. Life is a juggling act and getting it right all of the time isn't realistic...cut yourself some slack and enjoy family life when you can!

Best of luck
