Single Dads

What does it mean to be a single father? How do you prepare to become a single father? What are the legal ramifications? Juggling work and single parenthood? These are just some of the questions you can be faced with.

As a charity, it takes a lot of effort to keep up-to-date and relevant.

If you feel that we've helped you in some small way please consider texting DAD10 followed by a donation amount of either £5 or £10 to 70070*

If you are sent a link to a page to submit your details, as with any mobile browsing, you may incur charges from your network provider when visiting that page. I am not about to officially become separated from the missis. We have been living separated for around 2 years now. How ever we do meet up and stay with one another as he children are so young to understand (3.10months)

Now as we can’t get along anymore I want to file for joint custody.

I also want to claim the child benefit, child tax credit. As this money is for them never ends up to them.

I also want to claim for main custody of my children.

    What are the stages ?
