Hi I'm in a rather interesting situation. My ex and I live on the same property but detached houses... and I'm the sole legal owner of property.
Long story short she moved her partner n his children in. I have three children with her.
Despite living on the same property and not contributing a cent to bills (including partner) she went and placed a cms claim to further extort money from me.
At present court order is 50:50 equal shared care. But she keeps alienating one child against me.
Given that the children reside in my address and I'm paying much of the upkeep I want to open a counter claim.
Any other advice would be appreciated
hi, did you contact CMS and inform them about the 50/50 arrangement? if your technically living in same property, CMS may say there is no valid claim.
Yes contacted last October and they are like nope gotta still pay and it's insane ! Nothing seems to make them understand anything.. how do I push for no valid claim?
