My son is working full time in a restaurant he's 19 years old he's going back to college in September to Level 3 Diploma Professional Cookery (Kitchen & Larder) & will carry on working 3 days a week after searching online it states i don't have pay to maintenance as you have to enrol before your 19th birthday?
Can you confirm this correct as its very confusing as it also states i have pay until his 20th birthday?
