Hi,
My kids mum always threatens to go to the cms when we have a disagreement or if I have something to say she doesn’t like. Is there anything out there I can get in place to stop this? It gets me so down and I’m just so tired of it.
I pay monthly we have an agreement in place and has been for 5 years.
Any advice would be appreciated.

I think solution here is you can open a CMS case for yourself, as a paying parent. I did this years ago to avoid any disputes about money.
if you check CMS calculator site, gives you a good idea what you will be expected to pay if you open a case.
