Good evening,
Found a way to "mentally" pretend child maintenance dont exist.
I now have 2 bank accounts 1 direct debit card and 1 savings account.
Every year I get a 2-3k bonus and I put the whole lot in my savings account every single January. so basically every month CMS take £150 from my debit card so i transfer £150 from my savers to my debit card and refund myself,happy days!

All very well as long as bonus is paid cash in hand. If theres a trail then you will owe more child maintenance eventually
