Teenage Son refusing to come over now - Ex changed Shared cared

Hi all

I am almost certain this a tale as old as time, but my 15 year old son has been coming over less and less for the past 6 months. Despite me every fortnight making up his bed, getting food in etc - i am always let down last minute - as he has typically other interests at the Moment ( sleep overs etc).

I have today out of the blue received a letter from the CM - stating that my ex has advised them of a change in shared care!?  stating that i do not have him anymore.

Can i challenge this? i have 6 months worth of text messages asking/ querying/ communicating with him about coming over etc - and text messages of him letting me down.

Does anybody know where i stand with this?

Thank you

hi,

if you have a court order that states the shared care arrangements, CMS will still over rise this if the child is currently spending less time with you, and unfortunately your payments will increase.
