Hi all how do you apply for a without notice / urgent hearings? Do you physically hand the application into the court etc ?

You tick the relevant check boxes in the application. You don’t have to do it in person.

Thanks . I read you submit the application to the court by hand if it’s an urgent / abridged hearing ?

hopefully you can hand in form and make payment in person.
