Ok so daughter has finished Alevels and is off to university in September. Child benefit is being paid to the mother of my child till end of August. Do I need to pay maintenance in alignment with child benefit? Or can I stop now as she’s no longer at school?
Hi, are you paying her via CMS? if so I suggest you ring them and confirm last payment. they Will probably ask you to make final payment in August or September
