please help!! I love my boy dearly, but seeing as he lives with my ex in the Republic of Ireland, when does my maintenance to her stop, he’s 18 and just started a uni course, full time if anyone can help I would really appreciate it as it’s so complicated..

child maintenance ends when child starts advanced education (uni).

up to the age of 18, or up to age 23 if the child is in full-time education, or would be in full-time education if maintenance were being paid.
