Hope someone can clear this up for me . Court order says to pay maintenance till my is 18 & not in full time secondary education.
My boy is now 19 & recently stopped college . He’s on apprenticeship 3 days a week . Is this classed as full time education?
thanks
Hi, I don't think this is considered full time education:
Courses are not approved if paid for by an employer or ‘advanced’, for example a university degree or BTEC Higher National Certificate
Approved training should be unpaid

You can follow the court order to the letter and stop maintenance now that child is 19, or you can mutually agree with ex to carry on paying.
Thanks for the info.
And it doesn't matter how much money you spend on baby clothes.
