We haven't been in touch with my ex partner for a long period of time due to me suffering mental health issues.
My partner recently opened up a case.
Later, she reached out stating the above.
After a discussion, we came to an agreement.
I got a correspondents with my ex partner stating that we came to an agreement.
She also shared a letter she passed over to CMS asking to close the case.
What to expect now? I haven't had any contact with CMS.

@bill337 Thank you, I will drop them a call later today. I just hope this is all now resolved. After the case is open, do they go straight into the person's finances, or do they first try and speak to you about it? I am not sure how it works
