I've being paying full child maintenance for my son since he was 2 and he is now 18. My ex was always out of work but early this year she qualified as a registered nurse and is also doing aesthetic business aswell. Now that she is earning so much could I ask for my payment to be reviewed? I pay £460 a month

unfortunately CMS do not take receiving parents income into account. they will only change payments if your income changes, or your son stays with you more often, or has left full time education.
