Hello all
with special expenses with the child maintenance how far back can you back date this request
as all know it’s so hard to get though to talk to someone

hi,
unfortunately CMS don't backdate expense claims. they only do it from the date you report the expense/change.
If a life is at imminent risk, please call 999 or attend your nearest A&E for immediate help.
