What advice do you give if the court order says "when secondary education has ceased"? My daughter will finish her A-level exams on June 21st and will be 18. Should I stop the payments? We don't use the CMS. I just stuck to the court order. TIA

hi, yes you can stop payments once she finishes the school term.
If a life is at imminent risk, please call 999 or attend your nearest A&E for immediate help.
