Mother of child lets mother of her current boyfriend care for my son I've never met any of these people
Do I have any rights regarding this ? Can she do that just let anyone care for him and not inform me ?

Unless you have any specific concerns for the safety of your son, when he is in her care, then she doesn't have to inform you of her actions.
