My partner is dealing with custody battles with his ex.
He had been spending unsupervised visitations until a blow out occured due to him arriving 15 mins late with hi daughter.
She had placed a dvo on him though minimal orders apply due to lack of evidence.
Legal mediation had occurred and my partner had advised me on a issue that occurred that I should be aware of.
He was being denied access or custody unless myself was placed on the order stating I would not be aloud to be left alone with his daughter as that I'm seen as a threat.
