My kids have been away with the mother this weekend
Seeing her 'friend' I have reason to believe said 'friend' is more.
Myself and 'friend' dont get on at all. To be honest I probly would t even stop walking if he was on fire.
Anyway.. Turns out my children have been in his company again only this time learning to use his shotguns.
No that's not a typing error.
My children are 6 and 8 and were fair delighted to tell be they had been playing with said guns on thier weekend away. I just about fell off my chair.
I've made my view very stark and clear to the mother.
We are still dealing with solicitors for access agreements. Can this instance help me?
They haven't moved away yet but already I think this kind of behaviour is endangering my children.
She said she thought it was perfectly safe and didn't think it'd be a problem. However I'd rather my children weren't around guns, therefore safer still.

You cannot control what the kids do when they're with their mum no more than she can dictate to you when they're with you.
If you have serious safeguarding concerns you can contact Children's Services but otherwise you can't stop her taking them where she likes
Under the age of 15, a youngster can only be in possession of a shotgun if supervised by an adult aged 21 or over or if the gun is covered with a securely fastened gun cover to prevent it being fired
