Not sure if one of the mods can pick up on this for me?

I had a phone call on the 20th december to say I'd won on one of the advent competitions (I think it was the monster treadz one, but I'd just come out of work onto a busy, noisy street). They took my address details etc but I still haven't received my prize.

I've tried using the contact us form a couple of weeks ago but haven't had a response...

I have passed on your details to our supplier - They will check if it has been sent out, if it hasn't they will dispatch it to you, if it has they will track it down.
