Hello - is it possible to change my username once registered? When I click Edit Profile, I can't edit that field (but can edit others).

We had a complete overhaul of the forum a few weeks ago and there are a few glitches! I'm sure either Goonerplum or actd can point you in the right direction.
Yeah I cant seem to suss how to change my user name you could edit it on the old site but you cant on this one

I'm not sure it is possible to change a screen name, I had a similar issue a while back so had to start a fresh acount with a different completely new name, you may be able to edit your email address on your existing account to a fresh one meaning you can then use your normal email for the new user name.

Users were able to change user names. It appears to not be an available option when you edit your profile. I will check the global settings for the site tomorrow and report back.

Ok I have worked out how to change your user name.
On the top menu bar you will see the MY PROFILE button. Select it.
Then select EDIT PROFILE.
And then, bob's your mothers brother, you will be able to change your username. 🙂

Thanks but that was the first thing I tried! I can't click into the username field, suggesting it's locked.
...no, it can't be done...it brings up the edit profile page but the line where you would enter another username won't open.
Ok this is a tad annoying....... I will speak to out techie guys when then get back to work in the new year.
In the meantime PM me with the new username you would like to use and I will change it for you.
