Hi, if you click on your username, it will take you to your profile page.
At the top there is a dark grey bar, on the right, if you click EDIT, you can change your username there.

Ah, that might need to be something the forum admins do (they have a lot more access into the system than the moderators) - that would have to be next week probably.
You could register again with a new username and we can delete your existing one if that helps?
