Forms sent home re secondary schools, unfortunately the forms went to my ex! No communication from ex, forms not in kids bags on return home either. Any advice welcome, thanks in advance :side:

I would contact the school and ask for replacement forms BooBoo.

Same as Mojo, either ask for replacement forms or you can complete the forms online.... If you think he might submit the forms himself and you disagree on the school choices the LEA will explain the process of different choices to you.
