I'm not a limited company, but if you are a limited company then the wage you pay yourself as well as any dividens you pay yourself will make up the basis for your calculations and payments.

Hi Mark,
I'm just about to set up as a Ltd Co and have recently received a demand from CMS (Which I am attempting to dispute).
I'm not sure how much help I can offer but I'll have a go.
