Hi Forum
Can you advise, will a court entertain a picky ex over me being late dropping kids back (circa 10/20mins) when she would be late for her own funeral! Her last example of lateness was over three late dropping the kids to me.
In all seriousness, she is threatening court action against the original agreement signed in 2007. The hypocrisy is amazing, she's even dangled an exclusion order at me! I have the kids (two boys aged 9/13) Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and alternate weekends.

This would be expensive for her and myself? Can an exclusion Order be applied for when there is no abuse or CP issues?

Any advice would be great.

Thanks

Mark.

Hi There,

I can't see a judge being overly picky on 10-20 mins late, they tend to be realistic on things like this and I think would probably work on a basis of 30 mins ish, this is just my view though.

I certainly can't see them putting an exclusion order in place over this.

Hi Mark

I agree with Darren that a court is unlikely to worry, but I wouldn't do it regularly. However, I would keep a good record (if you haven't already) of all times, both yours and hers.
