Well......here we go again.....
To cut a long story short I endured a year through court about 3 years ago and finally got to see my girl and had 18 month of happy sailing up until I found out my ex had been indulging in drug abuse, living in filth and smutty goings on around my girl a couple of months ago.
I applied for an emergency child arrangement order and a prohibited steps order which was granted then reversed a couple of weeks later as my ex got a sh*t hot solicitor (I gave as good as I got) anyway I still managed to walk out with a concrete order of having my girl fri-
mon every weekend and over night on a wed which I was happy will, my ex admitted everything and did and has got her s*it together so I wrote to the court as I couldn't attend and withdrew my application which was turned down because the useless clueless bunch or absolute scum cafcass didn't complete there s2 report in time,
So today I get a call from my ex who had her s2 call today and the shower of sh*t said they have been trying to contact me for my s2 and a court hearing has been arranged for tomorrow!!! First I heard of it!
For a change the goons are actually investigating the ex and are concerned about the drug abuse which my ex has been getting help for and tomorrows hearing is to get my side of the story, its all unreal!!!
Me and the ex are friends again and I have forgiven her for all the [censored] which went on last time round and in a sort of a way we are even stevens as she knows what it's like no been able to see your child and how much court costs.
So here we go again another court hearing as always though I'm quite looking forward to it and as always I will be on my best behaviour completely respectful and polite but I wouldn't be surprised if cafcass completely screw everything up again so we shall see.........
Good luck Slim. Certainly never a dull moment and you get good results so it's easier to look back on these things as hurdles you've successfully jumped.
Cheers mate much appreciated, It's a shame as me and the ex are getting on the best we have ever been and most of all our girl is doing amazing the ex is absolutely gutted cafcass hammered her in her telephone interview and she's been in a right mess today I think they may recommend drug testing her tomorrow but as you know the courts work in mysterious ways. We will be going to court together and I will support her the best I can 🙂

Awesome very enjoyable in fact 🙂 Ex couldn't make it Cafcass never shown up so it was just me and 3 women Magistrates, they were really cool to be fair they questioned why Cafcass never got to speak to me to do an s2 and I explained they never contacted me to do it and I phoned them numerous times but they never got back to me.
They went through my ex's s2 report which highlighted their concerns mainly with the drug abuse and have referred her to childrens services and pointed out that she obviously needs help which I have been saying for 8 [censored] years, they asked how our relationship had been since the hearing when pso got discharged and I explained that it was going great and my ex had admitted everything to me like she did with cafcass then explained why I did what i did when I went for the pso as I was worried that my ex would of stopped me seeing my girl like last time when I brought her drug taking and drinking which they completely excepted.
They allowed me to withdraw my application and are happy my ex is finally getting the support she needs with her issues and helping her with my girls sisters disability so thats the end of it the last order still stands that I have 50/50 shared care having my girl fri-mon morning and overnight wednesday every week so I'm happy.
At the end they said I was obviously a devoted dad and it was obvious I enjoyed court lol they asked about my girls birthday on monday and we chatted for 5 mins before I left so all gravy baby 🙂
