My child lives with me and has contact with her mother every alternate Monday she's picked up from school and then returned to school on Tuesday morning.
If her weekend falls on a bank holiday she usually takes her back to school on Tuesday. This bank holiday her with me over the weekend. Should I make special arrangements for her to collect her daughter on Monday or should I just consider the bank holiday as a holiday?

If the bank holiday falls on your weekend, I don't see any reason why you would need to make special arrangements, unless you want to.
