Hi all,
I'm just preparing my forms now, can you please let me know if I have to send a copy to the respondent? on the C1 I think I have to but the C100 I think they contact the respondent.

You need to send the originals plus 3 extra copies of both the C100 and C1 . The court will either send you back the paperwork to serve on the respondent, or they will serve the papers directly.
