[Solved] Changing child's name without my consent

Hi I have found out that the mother of my daughter has changed her name with out my consent and has been taking her abroad with out my consent what can I do please

As far as taking your child abroad without your consent, you could contact the passport office and speak to them about what you can do.

I've removed the phone number - best not to post it, and also better that advice is given on here.

I believe, if you have parental responsibility you can apply to the Family Courts to have the name changed back. Both parents must consent to change a child’s name by deed poll.
