I need help! I have interim custody of daughter. I explained that my ex-wife used to domestically abuse me and this can affect our daughter. They have asked me to provide a statement detailing the harm and abuse.
How do I write this statement of abuse?
How far back do I go? Since our daughter was born (2021) or since the start of marriage (2018)?
Do I only include abuse to my daughter or to me and daughter?
do I put the most effort recent events first on the statement?

Can you please check your court order, does it specify how many pages your statement has to be?
The court order simply states
“file with the Court and serve upon each other statements which detail the allegations of harm and abuse which are relevant to these proceedings. These statements are to be filed with the Court and served upon each party no later than 4pm on 10 February 2023”
