Split from my ex when she was pregnant , my child was born jan of this year , my ex has objected to contact and my name is not on the birth certificate !
There is no denying the child is not mine and my i have that in black and white from my ex so she cant go down the road of saying the kid is not mine unless she wants to come across as a total liar etc... !
Now im about to take her to court and ive been granted legal aid to do this ..
My lawyer is going for contact and parental rights ... Will this be resolved at the first hearing even if my ex digs her heels in ??
Its so important for the childs indentity etc that she has hers fathers name down on her birth certificate and that is def what myself and my lawyer will be seeking from the get go !
Any feedback on this is much appreciated guys !
