hi my name is jonny i was hoping that i could have an idea what to expect at a final hearing. my ex didn't like the cafcass report she has seen today but i though it was very fair. i have a little girl who is 1 how will the judges feel that my ex thinks that the cafcass is wrong could i have help and guidance on this when i spoke to my solicitor today about it she said the report is what it is any the judges will follow it

It is as your solicitor confirmed... Generally speaking, the judge will follow the recommendations of the report.
as the officer will be in attendance and after they have crossed examined her its is more or less what she has recommended
