I had my second hearing today,the ex is pulling out all the stops.Ive been told to go for a hair sample drugs test.I went off the rails a month ago and had coke on a night out.it was a minor lapse and not touched anything for a month since. However hair sample drug tests can read right back from 3 to 12 months...
if im to fail this where do i go,what options do i have??? the judge has virtually offered me a contact order.we are waiting on safeguard reports as cafcass have been a waste of time!!

This is not to much of a biggie mate, I had a hair strand test but this was for Cannabis I smoked the s**t for 20 years every day and gave up 7 months ago as I knew it would get brought up in court which it did.
Now the court asked me to do a 3 month hair strand test exactly 3 months after I gave up and it came back negative.
What did the court order was it a 3 month, 6 or 12 month test and when does it have to be done by, when exactly did you do the coke and how much did you snort?
At the end of the day you could just come clean and hold your hands up and say yes I screwed up my head was in tatters from not seeing my child and be honest and don't touch the [censored] again 🙂
The judges like us to be honest 🙂

ye i f**ked up,did an all night and all day session..my head was fucked all over the chops..i had done it for a few months on and off before to...
they asked for a 3 month test..im to take the test in the next few weeks..
what im looking for is the implications if i fail...do you have any more info on it?

Mate I've been there seen it and done it I was on coke and everything else under the sun for 10 years I went cold turkey and it took a good 18 months to get over it!
I hate to sound like an old fart but you must sack it off for good as you it will screw your chances up with your child for sure and that sh*t messes with your head big time so make that your last session.
The thing is the Judges are in the dark ages and they see coke like smack or heroine I'l have a look into it tomorrow for you but you would be wise in coming clean about it.
If you fail you could just do another one in 3 months time the case will take forever anyway the hairstrant test is pretty spot on cannabis takes 2 weeks to go through your system and into the hair they take 3cm of hair from your head and your hair grows about 1cm a months so 3moths 3cm sample if you get my drift 🙂
Thats for weed mind im not sure what it is for coke. like I said I will investigate further tomorrow if we could work out when you last had it and when you do the test you might actually pass it im sure if you pay a little extra they can sample each cm of hear and work out how many months it was since you had it anyway.
Try not to worry there is options keep off the [censored] and do another one if you fail this one then you will pass and that will show the court your clean 🙂
