My ex was exactly the same,I'd pick my baby up and within the hour she wanted pictures of him as she was missing him !! I'd be getting texts all day and all night when I had him overnight. In the beginning I used to respond then I was advised to send her one text that was to the effect of "Stop interfering when I have contact and respect my time with my baby and let me enjoy the limited time I have" I did that type of text and to be honest reported her to the police as it was getting really annoying and they issued her with a PIP which she had to sign stating that she will stop the harassment.
! sent her a final text to say I will contact you only "IF" our boy is hurt or needs a doctor in any way shape or form other than that there will be no contact.

I bet you don't harass your ex for every other time that you don't see your child during the week, ask her politely to respect your wishes.
