Hi

As you have PR, you can contact the schools and doctor directly - you will (or should) need to prove that you have PR, but that shouldn't be a problem. I have no idea whether there are any complications added by the fact that your ex is in Scotland, but have a word with the Children's Legal Centre and they'll either advise you, or tell you who to speak to on this.

piece of advice - make sure that ANY interaction with your ex is recordable i.e. email/text etc a phone call can be denied so make sure you have a way of recording that too to protect yourself and that of your daughter.

Apart from going to see her GP, make sure you also do the same with teachers and that they send out letters to you that they would put in school bags...

If you are going to do this, make sure you advise her that the call is being recorded otherwise you may not be able to use it in court - not sure if you can transcribe it though and then use the transcript.

i think thats about right, but you will find it amazing when the first thing you say is that the phone call is being recorded and will be kept as evidence if needed...people tend to either hang up or say very little...they then know that they can't just treat you as they wish...
