It’s been a 1y-8m since court etc I had no funds to contest a DV that was all Drama etc by my x
completed section c100 to counter act all allegations etc court did not even go through believed everything that she said at the time and all along Police etc I have nothing against me but over a period x had set the seed ball rolling kids 17/13 x living in a 5 bed FH we are not married joint on Home remortgage is up next year x on legal Aid on benefits does-not work x gets her rent paid by DWP interest only she is playing the system.
when does legal Aid stop
Whst are my options for forcing a sale
At present I cannot rent as to much of a cost so sofa seeding staying at friends etc keep on moving etc
working but limited
All the time x is living of benefits and 5 bed house
