Hi,
I had my appeal in relation to a Non-Molestation Order against me was refused on paper by the High Court and also being denied an oral hearing.
I read on the government website that I am entitled to a second appeal in the the Court of Appeal, but today I was informed by somebody that it was not the case and that I am not allowed.
I would be grateful if anyone can give me a direction.
Thanks
Abz
