Today I received a letter from the exs solicitor saying if I stop court action (contact/residence) I can have my son every other weekend
I am pleased as this was agreed at my non-molestation defence(before the appeal hearing started) so I did not appeal the order
the only thing is it don't mention phone calls and Christmas holiday is a day less than agreed
im happy for the time I will see my child but not happy about the agreement being different
not sure what to do any advice please

To be honest I was only in the court room for five minutes because I made a verbal agreement with the x solicitor (only after I served court forms on my x)
I did not appeal the non-molestation order but I self Rep and it was the hardest thing I have ever done
It was worth it firstly for my child and my x knows I will fight to make sure I see my child
Good luck to you

She has been stopping contact when her solicitor agreed that contact would take place.

You need to make sure you document with her solicitor the only reason you accepted the non-mol order was on the grounds that whilst you did not accept her allegations you felt the needs to see your children outweighed any of the allegations in the best interest of your child.

Has she facilitated contact since the hearing?

I would negotiate with her solicitor for the phone calls and the extra day and then ask if her solicitor would be prepared to draw up a legally binding document containing the schedule of contact that you could both sign. The suggestion that Boycie makes is a good one too and could be included in the agreement.
