I see my son every 2 weeks, and every time the week after I come down with a cold!! I dont drink, smoke !
I eat healthy and exercise, I know that kids pass germs on the worst but come on !!
Anyone else experence this?

Not on such a regular basis - how often has this happened? May be worth taking some vitamin supplements to see if that helps.

Hi I'd agree,
You shouldn't be getting colds so much, as said try some vitamins or Hollan and Barrat sell Echinaecia (think that's how you spell it) which boosts your amune system, you take 15 drops in water or orange juice daily should help.
