Hi, approx. 2 weeks ago I received a letter form CSA telling me that my payments are now finished and actually should of finished last August, and that I should stop paying, with immediate effect. However my payments go direct from my wages (from choice) every week and my employer has not received this notification. When I rang them to query this they told that the case was in the process f closing and could not give a time frame as to when my employer will received this, Does anyone have any knowledge of how long this takes, and if I will received a refund.

Not come across this before - I'd ring the CSA and ask them to refund any money taken from you, from the date they notified you.
