:sick: my 4 week old baby is really chesty but can't have any medication the pharmacy said except for saline nasal spray feel so helpless hope she will be ok soon

I think when very young babies aren't well it's horrible, they are too young to even try and help you understand what they are feeling which makes it harder to comfort them.
.
Have you spoken to the doctor or health visitor, they may be able to suggest something better that would help.
