What does everyone think of the new look site?
Personally I can't get my head around it at first glance it did seem fresh and clean put I think it's lost it's warmth it all seems very strange indeed, in a strange way it does knock me feeling a little sick I was only thinking yesterday how warm and inviting the site was I can't really put my finger on whats wrong with the site it makes me feel weird I'm defo not logging on so much now as it seems hard work.
The only thing I can compare it to is the old side was like Soundcloud which is the biggest online site where I can upload my mixes, it's orange friendly easy to use and you know where your at then you've got mixcrate which is like this new look site same colours it's not as easy to navicate and it seems a little cold, what's everyone elses thoughts?
I think the format is good it's better laid out but the colour scheme is pants it seems to clinical 🙂

At first glance and looking around I am not liking it compared to the old look, found the old much easier to get around and not as in your face as this is but I guess like everything else, change is a must and will take a bit of time to get used to it.............oh and hello mate lol hope your well, I don't come on here much nowadays even though I should so I guess it wont affect me as much as others but will definitely take some getting used to
It's a bit weird, can't get used to it yet and yes, it's VERY big.....At least I don't have to wear my specs!
The white seems a little clinical and the site does feel strange to how it used to be but I am sure we will get used to it. If I had a choce between the old site and the new one, I would go back to the old one as that seemed more inviting.

The loss of private messages was an unexpected 'feature' of the update to the site - we're sorry if this has caused any issues.
I'm not sure why you lost your avatar - it's really easy to add back in:
Click on your user name and you'll go to your forum profile.
look at the right hand side of the grey bar that says "Profile for xxxxxxx" and you'll see edit.
Click on edit
Click on the avatar image tab.
Click on upload a new avatar and select the image you would like to use.
I have moved this thread out of the Legal Board as it is not really child law related. :p
