I've been with Virgin Media for quite a while and last week I rang to ask if I can exchange my old virgin box for a new Tivo box. The person at the end of the line says it would cost £100.
I was quite surprised and even suggested that I may leave them if he still insists on charging the £100. He wasn't very concerned that I left them and was quite adamant that I would get charged the £100.
Any suggestions how I can round this problem?
