Any body here had a go? Im having my first fight for charity next month, infornt of 1500 people! nervous and excited, all for Cancer research. Win or lose, ive never felt fitter and stronger in my life!

Not sure if someone where I worked did that recently - I know it was some sort of boxing for charity with people who didn't do boxing as a sport normally.
