Hi. Have been in correspondence with the CMS .
Over the past year .
All they are interested are is a court order.
Even thought my wife had totally lied to them on the child arraignments.
Any advice would be gratefully accepted..

hi,
yes I noticed that too. soon as i got my final court order, I rang them and posted court order off to them. then they re-calculated my payments based on number of nights the kids stay with me. only 4 nights a month. payments reduced by just £32 per month.
how often are you seeing your kids?
