Hi All
I was wishing to know if i am paying CM payments to my ex wife and my current partner is pregnant but not due for another 6 months - can i ask CMS to take this into account ie i am supporting a pregnant partner or do the payments only change after they give birth?

hi,
CMS would want information like childs name, date of birth, child benefit number etc. so better to wait and provide CMS those details at a later date.
